1. Beta Program
Kodimu is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during the beta period. Features, pricing, and terms may change as the product evolves. We will notify registered users before introducing any paid plans or significant changes to these terms.
2. Use of the Service
By creating an account you agree to use Kodimu for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Kodimu. We do not claim any rights to your data. If you enable end-to-end encryption, your data is encrypted on your device before being sent to our servers — we cannot read it.
4. Service Availability
Kodimu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. As a beta product, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running and your data safe, but we are not liable for any data loss or downtime.
5. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
6. Future Pricing
Kodimu may introduce paid plans in the future. Beta users will be given advance notice of any pricing changes. We may offer beta users special terms as a thank you for early feedback and support.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
